Dr. Frances Svidler is a podiatrist with Bay Area Foot Care.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish from Johns Hopkins University in 2015. She completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in 2022. Dr. Svidler completed her residency at Kaiser Foundation Vallejo in 2025 and also holds a Master of Science in Global Medicine from the University of Southern California.
Dr. Svidler provides comprehensive foot and ankle care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques, pediatric podiatry, and trauma management. Her expertise includes bunion surgery, plantar plate repair, sports medicine, diabetic foot care, regenerative treatments, and wound care. She offers both surgical and non-surgical treatments tailored to each patient’s needs.
A Bay Area native, Dr. Svidler has also lived in Los Angeles and the East Coast but returned home to be close to family. She is an avid sports fan—cheering for the Warriors, 49ers, and Giants—and grew up playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, and ballroom dancing. She enjoys hiking, cooking, spending time with her husband and puppy Maggie, and exploring new foods with friends and family.
Dr. Svidler supports patients in English, Russian, and Spanish.
